NOTICE OF CLOSING DOWN OF OPERATIONS

HAITONG SECURITIES DO BRASIL CCVM S/A, inscribed in the corporate taxpayers register (CNPJ/MF) under no. 33.894.445/0001-11, reaffirms its NOTICE to its clients of its decision to close down its operations on May 31, 2017. As such, complementing the previous notices sent to its clients at the addresses on its database, the positions/assets held in custody will be transferred by the business closure date to the books of the respective issuers.
